Structured Capital LLC is a Texas Limited Liability Company, founded in 1991, with its office at 1910 Pacific Avenue, Suite 2000-1101, Dallas, Texas 75201.
Non-Securities Advisory
SCLLC provides corporate finance advisory and private placement structuring services on a non-securities basis. SCLLC is not currently registered as a broker-dealer with FINRA, the SEC, or any state securities authority and does not hold itself out as such.
Prior Licensing History
Managing Director Everette D. Hull was previously licensed as a NASD/FINRA and MSRB General and Municipal Securities Principal for approximately 30 years and withdrew those licenses in 2011 to focus exclusively on non-securities commercial capital transactions and financial advisory work.
Professional Recognition
